Ground Beef Recipes
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown your 1/2 lb. of Ground Beef and Ground Pork over medium-high heat. Cook beef and pork until there is no longer any pink.
While your meat is cooking, roll out one package of Crescent Rolls into a small or 9×13 baking sheet. Press the seems together and press out to edges of baking sheet.
Now follow these easy steps:
- Spread Softened Cream Cheese onto Crescent Dough in pan
- After you brown ground beef and ground pork, drain grease and rinse excess fat off of meat ~ I always rinse my meat off to remove fat.
- Now pour your ground beef mixture on top of Cream Cheese
- Sprinkle with Garlic Salt
- Now top off with the other Crescent Rolls. The best part is there’s no need to separate crescent dough or roll out and press triangles together to spread it out. I simply lay it out and pull the edges a little like a blanket. It puffs up as it cooks and the little perforations cook together.
- Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Then Top with the other Crescent Roll Package. You don’t really need to pinch together seams and just stretch a little to make a “blanket” I forgot to take pics along the way…but you get the idea. This is one of those easy recipes that you really can’t go wrong with.
Cook in a 375 Oven for 10-15 min. Remember your meat is already cooked so you don’t have to worry about undercooked meat. Just watch the top of the crescent roll doesn’t get burnt.
YUM! There you have it A very easy and deeelish easy ground beef dinner recipe! Add a side salad and you’ve got a super nutritious and easy meal everyone will love!
