Rosemary Thyme Marinade is a super easy little marinade for your grilled dinner meats.  It adds a ton of nice flavor to an otherwise boring little meat.  Then add some deeelish Grilled Sweet Onions on top and Awww a simple yet tasty main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp.. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp.. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 Tsp. dried Rosemary leaves
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced/pressed
  • 1 pound any meat you desire
  • Sweet Onion, such as Walla Walla or Vidalia

Rosemary Thyme Marinade

Directions:

Simply mix all the ingredients (except onion… oh and meat) and pour over meat.  Cover and let stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.  Grill meat on medium heat to desired doneness.

For Grilled Sweet Onions…simply place on grill and cook to desired doneness..I like mine a little crisp..but you can cook as long as you like.

Hint..to turn Sweet Onion..since they fall apart easily..just use a spatula on top AND bottom when turning.

Enjoy!
