Sometimes self-care can just get so monotonous! I created this Printable Self Care Bingo with Bible Verses… first so that we could have FUN while taking care of ourselves. Secondly, so that we could practice loving ourselves and others God’s way! As Christians, we know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor and care for them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). One fun and creative way to incorporate self-care into our lives is by using this printable Self-Care Bingo. I’ve created this version to be a Christian Self-Care Bingo ~ Meaning applying God’s word to our self-care while playing bingo.
Self-care is a concept that has been gaining popularity in recent years and for good reason. Taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life.
I’m just going to start right off by saying God is your fan. He wants you to take care of yourself so that you can serve others! I’m super passionate about this, especially as a Mom. We can give and give and give…it’s OK to have self-care!

How can Christian Self-Care Bingo help me grow spiritually?
What is Christian Self-Care Bingo? It is a simple game where we create a bingo card with various self-care activities that are rooted in our Christian faith. It’s ok to have fun while learning to take care of yourself according to the Bible! While caring for ourselves, the natural outpouring will be to care for others!
The goal is to complete as many of the activities as possible in order to fill out the bingo card. Here are some self-care activities that can be included on a Christian Self Care Bingo card, along with corresponding bible verses:
15 Self-Care Bingo Rooted in the Bible
Spend time in prayer and meditate on God’s Word (Philippians 4:6-7)
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Read a chapter from the Bible (Psalm 119:105)
“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”
Practice gratitude by writing down things you are thankful for (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Take a relaxing bath (Psalm 23:2)

Can I modify the self-care activities to fit my personal preferences and needs?
Honestly, I practice all of these on a regular basis. Working on one area at a time usually works best for me. Self Care takes discipline, so when I feel like I’m growing weary or it seems monotonous, I do a Self Care bingo and focus on a lot of the bible verses you see above.
