Peel and cut up apples

STP62160

Sauté’ in a pan with butter until tender..about 5 minutes

STP62161

I like to sprinkle Cinnamon on the apples at this point so that the flavor cooks in a little

While Apples are sautéing mix up eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar and vanilla if you want to,  into a mixing bowl.  Batter is suppose to be a little lumpy.

STP62162

Take dish out of oven and pour batter into it.

Then top with Sautéed Apples

Bake for about 20 minutes…put knife into center and pull out clean..to check for doneness..knife should be clean.

You can top with Brown Sugar and more Cinnamon if you wish!

And there you have it!  This is deelish and EASY!  Enjoy!

I love Puff Pancakes because you can fix them fast and then pop them in the oven while you continue going about what you need to do.

In the picture I actually cut the recipe in half because there were only a few of us home that morning. :) Hope that helps..I should put that in the post! Thanks for stopping by! Blessings to you!
