Crockpot Carne Asada Tacos
Well this week couldn’t be more simple for our Feast! These Crockpot Carne Asada Tacos are number 5 on our super easy crockpot dinner recipes! My husband is on vacation once again and we’ve been doing some fun day trips, so not a lot of time for spending in the kitchen.
When we get home however we are starving…and it’s so much healthier and inexpensive to just eat at home.
You couldn’t get easier with 2 ingredients…just a heads up…this isn’t a “real” Carne Asada recipe…it’s a simple Taco recipe with Carne Asada meat.
Crockpot Carne Asada Tacos
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Carne Asada cut meat (skirt steak)
- 1 Pkg of your favorite Taco Seasoning
Directions:
Simply cut up your meat into strips ~
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray and add meat, taco seasoning and water ~
Cover and cook on low for 5 – 6 hours
Serve with soft or hard shells and any fixings you love!
How easy is that?!
If you have leftovers, or if you want to turn this into an extra meal…simply make burritos with leftover meat and freeze.
