Proverbs 31:25 She Can Laugh at the Days to Come

Thank you for joining Day 5 of 10 days of Proverbs 31:25 She can laugh at the days to come series.

Yesterday we read an awesome story..The Woodcutter’s Wisdom.  Could you relate to that story?  Have you had as much faith as that Woodcutter?  I will admit,  it has taken me many years to have that kind of faith and surrender during a crisis and I certainly don’t do it perfectly!

Trusting God means looking beyond what we see to what God sees!

At some point in our lives we will all face what will look like insurmountable trials and hardships.  That is why we must know how to respond…not react..to these threats.  By laying hold of the kind of victorious faith that looks beyond what we can see,  to what God sees.

When times of trial and crisis come into our lives,  God stretches our faith and deepens our dependence upon Him..We need this kind of dependence on Him or we can quickly give in to fear and worry.  Especially if the trial last’s a long time. 

Do you have an unshakable faith?  One that can “laugh at the days to come?”

Every trial,  every crisis is an opportunity for God to show His faithfulness and love toward us.  Even when we cannot see what tomorrow will bring.  Those battles are not won by human effort but on reliance on God himself.
