I hope everyone has a nice relaxing Labor Day Weekend planned.  We have had the most gorgeous weather here in the Pacific Northwest this Summer.  It has just been amazing.  We’ve set records with no rain and high heat.  Awww it’s been great…

As much as I hate to say goodbye to Summer this year, for me, Fall is much like the start of a new year.  I like to seek the Lord about my schedule and make necessary changes.  Throw out the things that aren’t working and keep things that are.  Do more meal planning.  See what bible studies will fit my schedule.  Get my calendar in order.  Get back to focusing on some fun upcoming products I have in the works…Get into new routines and habits.

I’ve made this fun little Self Care Printable..please feel free to download..

I have a confession to make…The one thing that I have not been very good at in the past year and a half is my self care. Those that read my blog regularly know that I am crazy busy.  Wife/Mom/Grammy/Blogger/School and Sports helper/Childcare worker… Well it’s just so easy to let things slide while I take care of everyone else but me Sad smile  It’s a woman thing.

This Fall I will be doing a weekly series on Self Care and my new routines and habits.  You know the saying..if Momma ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy.  HA  I really am happy though so no worries.  I’m just not happy about how I have cared for myself.  Smile  So it’s time for a change…

  1. Hi Shari! I love your self-care printable and will definitely make good use of it! Thank you so much for making it and all of the others too.
I didn’t know if you saw it or not, but the word “weight” is spelled wrong. If you’re anything like me, you made this wonderful printable while simultaneously taking care of at least 4 other people… Anyhow, I’m using this printable one way or the other, so thanks a bunch!
