Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich on Cheese Bread
Can you tell I love Chicken and Bacon lately?! Well when the cravings come on…you just gotta have it! This is just one of my Budget Friendly Meals, because I use leftover chicken! Thankfully my family loves Chicken and Bacon too and that’s why I’ve made this yummy easy Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich! This is a simple sandwich that can be serve toasted on bread with cheese on top or served cold! Makes a great lunch or dinner recipe!
Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich on Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Cooked Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
- !/2 Cup Chopped Celery
- Cheese if you like
- Lettuce if you like
- 1/2 low fat mayo
- 1 Tbls. Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp. Worsteshire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Put everything into a bowl and stir! Then spread on Cheesy Bread or plain bread! (I bought that at the store..but will share a recipe for making your own next week!)
How hard is that!?

At the Sequoia Sandwich company they have a chicken sandwich called Monterey chicken that my sons and I really like so we duplicate it to a certain extent here at home and while camping. Thank you for the giveaway.

My all time favorite sandwiches all have to do with chicken 🙂 Either Chicken salad on croissants or hot Chicken Parmesean subs. Favorite add ons are onion, dill pickle, black olives and banana peppers (but not all of those together haha).

I’ve never tried making chicken salad before and this recipe has all the ingredients in it I like. So I’m going to give it a try and see how I like it. It sounds and looks really wonderful.

My favorite sandwich is a Philly Cheese Steak with grilled onions,mushrooms and sauce.
A Philly Steak is my all time fave! I have to have grilled onions and peppers and sometimes add a little A1 sauce.
If I’m getting a sandwich out with add ons, I like Mr. Goodcents Italian with oil and vinegar, peppers, and onions.
An open-faced tuna melt: tuna salad topped with alfalfa sprouts, topped with Muenster cheese and melted under the broiler.
I like liverwurst with lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, on a french roll.
