Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich on Cheese Bread

Can you tell I love Chicken and Bacon lately?! Well when the cravings come on…you just gotta have it!  This is just one of my Budget Friendly Meals, because I use leftover chicken! Thankfully my family loves Chicken and Bacon too and that’s why I’ve made this yummy easy Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich!  This is a simple sandwich that can be serve toasted on bread with cheese on top or served cold! Makes a great lunch or dinner recipe!

Chicken Bacon Sandwich

Chicken Bacon Salad Sandwich on Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • !/2 Cup Chopped Celery
  • Cheese if you like
  • Lettuce if you like
  • 1/2 low fat mayo
  • 1 Tbls. Honey Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp. Worsteshire Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Put everything into a bowl and stir!  Then spread on Cheesy Bread or plain bread!  (I bought that at the store..but will share a recipe for making your own next week!)

  7. I’ve never tried making chicken salad before and this recipe has all the ingredients in it I like. So I’m going to give it a try and see how I like it. It sounds and looks really wonderful.

  8. My all time favorite sandwiches all have to do with chicken 🙂 Either Chicken salad on croissants or hot Chicken Parmesean subs. Favorite add ons are onion, dill pickle, black olives and banana peppers (but not all of those together haha).
