One of my favorite this to do is to take simple foods and do something a little special to them. It can make a super simple comfort food seem elegant and fun! Food should be fun!
I’m all about feeding a crowd and making things easy, that’s why I LOVE Marie Callender’s Family Meal size Lasagna’s! I’m super excited to show you a simple way that YOU can serve a deelish meal to your family and friends with just a little twist to make it special and fun! After all, the holidays should be all about the people you love and not about feeling like a slave to the kitchen…don’t you think?
Lasagna Bowls Quick and Easy!
All you do is this:
Follow the directions for cooking Marie Callender’s Lasagna. While the Lasagna is cooking, create these quick and easy Lasagna Bowls.
Turn a muffin tin upside down and place soft tortillas in between muffin cups. Spray lightly with cooking spray…this creates a crispness.
Pop in the oven for about 5 – 8 minutes
That’s it! These easy little bowls come out crisp and stand up straight.
Then simply add a portion of Marie Callender’s Lasagna to the bowl.
Oh of course you could just leave the lasagna in the pan and that would still taste just as good…but let’s say you want to make some individual plates to save a little time. Let’s say your hungry crowd is watching a football game (like mine was). Makes serving easy.
These serving bowls are a great way to serve up a brunch or lunch and oooh the homemade flavor of Marie Callender’s is such a pleasure…but simple.
It’s a busy time of the year and I say comfort food and fun is a great way to keep the family wanting to come to the dinner table. Keeping connected when life is so busy is what keeps families together!
A great thing about these HUGE Marie Callender’s Family Meals is that there is usually enough for leftovers the next day! YUM!
