God Sees You, Hears You, Knows You and Loves You!

I am all to aware that the holidays are not always the most joyous time of year for everyone.  For many the holidays can bring upon depression,  loneliness,  anxiety.  We do not all have perfect lives with perfect situations.   Some have lost loved ones or have extreme difficulties in families.  Maybe just working through some difficult emotional  issues.  Perhaps finances and the burden of materialism is robbing you of any kind of joy.

I want you to know that I am praying for you!  I have been there…My sister died eleven years ago right at Christmas time.  Finances have always been a bit of  a struggle with such a large family..but God has always provided! 

We have a blended family and sometimes this can bring about it’s own special stress..I know..we are a blended family.  Maybe some of you are working through abuse issues..I know I have been there too!

Whatever the stresses of the holiday season bring about for you..I am praying!  I am ever aware of the pain and heartache this time of year can bring and although I have worked through so many of my issues and pain…I will never forget…no I will never forget.

But the biggest word that I have for you today is this:

God See’s You! ~ Psalm 121 1-4  “I lift up my eyes to the hills-where does my help come from?  My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.  He will not let your foot slip-he who watches over you will not slumber;  indeed he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.”

God Hears You! ~ Psalm 40:1—3 “I waited patiently for the Lord:  he turned to me and heard my cry.   He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire;  he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.  He put a new song in my mouth,  a hymn of praise to our God.   Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord.”

God Knows You! ~ Psalm 139:1-4  “O Lord, you have searched me and you know me.  You know when I sit and when I rise;  you perceive my thoughts from afar.  You discern my going and my lying down;  you are familiar with all my ways.  Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely,  O Lord.”

God Loves You! ~ Psalm 119:76-77  “May your unfailing love be my comfort,  according to your promise to your servant.  Let your compassion come to me that I may live,  for your law is my delight.”

I am not super spiritual nor have I arrived.. for sure..I need to be reminded of these things everyday..and because God has reminded me..I’m just passing His little message along to YOU!
