Blueberry Pick-in
Look at the Fruit of my Labor on Labor Day!

SIXTEEN POUNDS! It only took about an hour because picking was so easy this year. MMMmmmm!! I love Blueberries they are so healthful and easy to pick and preserve. I don’t do much canning anymore these days. My freezer is my best friend now!
- pick Blueberries (I prefer non sprayed)
- bag em up
- throw in freezer
- take em out as you need them
100 Calorie Blueberry Muffins
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup blueberries
Spray 12 cup muffin tin and preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add applesauce, sugar, egg whites and water, mix until just blended. Add in blueberries. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until tops have lightly browned.
