Baked Club Chicken-Bake Now or Freeze for Later!
A very easy yet DEEELISH Baked Club Chicken Dish that will delight the whole family I’m sure of it! You can Bake now or freeze for later! This is also a beautiful dish to serve to company!
- 2 Tbsp.. Coconut oil or any that you use for frying
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 Cup any brand Ranch Salad Dressing
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese ( or any that’s a favorite)
- 1/2 Cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled) You can also use bacon bits
- 2 Green Onions (optional)
Directions:
Marinate Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce for about 2 hours. (I freeze a bunch of my bulk chicken in Teriyaki Sauce to that when it unfreezes I can skip this part, because it marinates as it unthaws)
Lightly brown your Chicken for about 5 min on each side..be careful because Teriyaki Sauce burns easily. If you are pressed for time..you can just baste the Teriyaki Sauce as you brown the meat rather than marinate.
Remove Chicken from Frying Pan and Put into a Baking Pan…greased for easy clean up..you know me..
Spread Ranch Dressing on top of Chicken
Now Top with Cheese
Then Top with Bacon..are you getting hungry yet???
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 25-35 minutes
After taking out of oven sprinkle with Green Onion! Yum! Serve over Mashed Potatoes, Rice, Roasted Red Potatoes…
If you want to freeze this dish just put Browned Chicken (skip the basting with Teriyaki Sauce) in baking pan, pour Teriyaki Sauce over it, then Ranch Dressing, then Cheese, then bacon bits..now cover and freeze. To bake: Unthaw, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
I make my own Bacon Bits out of the Bacon that I buy in bulk from Zaycon Foods! It’s the best and it’s fresh and oh so yummy!
Enjoy!! 🙂
