Thank you for joining Day 3 of Proverbs 31:25  She can laugh at the days to come. I love to laugh but it has taken me years of hard work to get freedom from some of the heart issues we discussed yesterday (Day 2).  Although God would often give me glimpses of this freedom and joy along the way it still took much faith to continue the long journey.  How is your faith holding up in this journey God has you on?  Do you grow weary?  Well I do.  But this is what I have found…

Proverbs 31-25 She Can Laugh at the Days to Come

[Tweet “During this journey I have come to know my very best “friend” in a very deep way. He is a “friend that sticks closer than a brother””]

Don’t you find that it is so much easier to  share your hurts,  your wounds,  your sin with someone who loves you unconditionally?

Did you know that God loves you that way?  He’s my best friend..So I know this is true ..He told me so!  I knew God loved me somehow intellectually,  but because of my past,  I really could not fully understand the depth of love and acceptance God had for me.

However as I slowly began to release my grip on my hurts,  bitterness,  anger and let God into my secret place…I truly began to feel His all consuming love!  As I was willing to empty out the garbage inside of me..He would fill me with His amazing Spirit.

[Tweet “I began to see myself through God’s eyes rather than through my own critical, self condemning eyes. “]

My very best “friend” began to show me truths about Himself and about me..truths that began to set me free!

Today I Pray you will meditate on these truths of Gods Mighty word.  Truths about who God is and how He see’s us:

Zephaniah 3:17  “The Lord your God is with you,  he is mighty to save.  He will take great delight in you,  he will quiet you with his love,  he will rejoice over you with singing.”

Psalm 139:14-16  “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;  your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place.  When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,  your eyes saw my unformed body.  All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of the came to be.”

Psalm 34:17-18   “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;  he delivers them from all their troubles.  The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.”

Romans 8:38-39  “For I am convinced that neither death nor life,  neither angels nor demons,  neither the present nor the future,  nor any powers,  neither height nor depth,  nor anything else in all creation,  will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Ephesians 1:3-8  “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,  who blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.   For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.   In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ,  in accordance with his pleasure and will – to the praise of his glorious grace,  which he has freely given us in the One he loves.   In him we have redemption through his blood,  the forgiveness of sins,  in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.”

Romans 8:1  “Therefore,  there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

I created these Printable Bible Verses for how God sees us so that you can keep them everywhere you go.

Printable Bible Verses for How God Sees Us

Let this great God into your hearts – let Him heal you!  Let God do what seems impossible – because if He will do it for me – He most certainly will do it for you.  He wants to set you free to  “laugh at the days to come”

These truths are for everyone..not just the brokenhearted.  Maybe…it’s those EXTERNAL problems that are holding you back from a joy filled life.  Let’s talk about that tomorrow..I have a great story for you that might just change the way you see these “problems” in your life.

If you have found freedom from brokenness I invite you to share with others in the comment section.  If you need prayer..I would love to pray.  Be careful not to leave too many details of your prayer request if they are just too personal.  You could email me directly if you wish.

Have a Blessed Day!
