Oh how I LOVE Peppermint and oh how I LOVE Chocolate. I was so excited when I found these Peppermint Marshmallows! On the back of the package I found this yummy recipe Peppermint Chocolate Popcorn..you know what??!! I LOVE Popcorn too!! So I thought I would share..
First grab yourself a bag of these deelish Peppermint Marshmallows.
Air Pop 6 cups of Popcorn
In a medium size saucepan heat 8 oz chocolate chips and 1/2 stick of butter on LOW, Stir constantly.
Add the bag of Peppermint Marshmallows to melted Chocolate and Butter. Stir constantly again till marshmallows are melted.
Pour Chocolate Marshmallow mixture over Popcorn and stir to mix..salt to taste..about 1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp.
Spread out onto a baking sheet and cook 300 degrees for about 20 minutes..mixing up half way through!
I added some coconut to mine in this pic. Yum!!
