  • 2 Cups Veggies ~ Any kind
  • 3 Cups Cooked Rice or Noodles
  • 3 tbls. Chicken Broth ~ I love to use Better than Bullion but you can use whatever you like.

  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder or to taste

Directions:

Use a large frying pan and coat with cooking oil. You can also use cooking spray but I prefer to use Olive Oil in stir fry.

You don’t have to use a deep Wok type frying pan. It can simply be a large fry pan. I love to use non stick fry pans, the deeper the better.

Heat your pan over medium high heat. Add Chicken and cook until almost done. That should take about 5 minutes on medium high.

Now you can either remove the chicken and set aside or just add the veggies with the chicken while the chicken finishes cooking. I prefer to just leave the chicken in the pan with the chicken, except if I’m serving veggies that my kids don’t like then I cook the vegetables in a separate pan.

Do what is easiest for your family.

How long do you cook the vegetables?

After you add the veggies, cook until tender. We like to have them bright and a little bit darkened but crunchy!

I add my seasonings while my veggies are cooking.

Add your broth after your chicken and veggies are almost done cooking. Let them simmer while you finish cooking.

If you are adding sauces, you an add them now.

I added Teriyaki Sauce then cooked a minute or two longer.
