Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a large bowl add butter, sugar, vanilla and salt

Beat together until smooth and creamy

Gradually beat in flour, then add candies and hand stir

Make Snowballs 1 inch in diameter. Using a Cookie Scoop is the easiest and quickest way to get these babies done.

Then roll your Snowballs in the extra powdered sugar

Now just bake in the oven for 10-12 min. They should very very lightly brown..or not even brown at all..depending on your oven.
