EASY LEMON RASPBERRY CRUMBLE BARS

Super quick easy dessert! Easy Lemon Raspberry Crumble Bars only 3 ingredients! Great for an after school snack, potluck or company lots of variations!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Can of Raspberry Filling
  • 1 Stick of softened Butter

Instructions

  1. Pour contents of Lemon Cake Mix and softened butter into a bowl.
  2. Now mix together to make your batter crumbly. One of my FAVORITE kitchen utensils is a Pastry Blender.
  3. Take out a half a cup (1/2 cuof cake mix mixture and set aside for topping.
  4. Pour the rest into your 9 x 13 baking dish. You can use a little smaller one if you like. The crust will be thicker if you do this.
  5. Now pat out evenly to the edges. Make sure that the cake mix is packed down.
  6. top with can of Raspberry Filling.
  7. Then evenly sprinkle the 1/2 cup cake mix you set aside earlier over the top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove and serve hot or cold. Save leftovers in the refrigerator
