  1. In a bowl, pour ½ cup warm water, yeast and sugar and gently stir. Allow it to sit for about 5 to 10 minutes until it is foamy on top.
  2. Then add flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Sometimes you may need to add a LITTLE (as in barely any) water if it’s too should stick to the sides of the bowls a little.
  3. Knead for about 5 minutes. This is SO EASY, don’t get thrown off…have fun with it! Spinkle some flour on the counter and onto your hands.
  4. After you have kneaded to an elastic feeling stage ((I like to say that it doesn’t stick to the counter top)
  5. Put back into a bowl and cover with a cloth. Set aside to raise for about an hour.
  6. Divide Bread dough into 8 to 10 balls, depending on big you want them to be.
  7. In the center of the ball, make a hole with your thumb and kind of flatten down… Place on a greased cookie sheet, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. While the dough is resting… On the stove, fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  9. Drop each Bagel into the boiling water. Leave in for only 1 min.
  10. After taking out of the water, place back onto the greased cookie sheet. Continue until all of your bagels are done.
  11. Now lightly brush egg white onto the bagels (this gives a golden brown and will help the Everything Seasoning to stick
  12. Bake in a 425 oven for 20 minutes.
  13. Remove and set aside on cooling rack.
