Delicious and super easy Beef Stroganoff


This easy Beef Stroganoff has a creamy sauce and is oh so delish! Made with simple hamburger, but can be more elegant with a more expensive meat like Top Sirloin, Tri Tip or Flank Steak!

  2. Egg Noodles or Minute Rice – any flavor you like!
  3. 1 lb. Ground Beef OR tender cut Beef..such as Sirloin Tip
  4. 1 to 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup OR Cream of Mushroom
  5. 1/2 can of milk or 1 whole can milk if using 2 Soups
  6. 1 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 1 Tbsp. Beef Bullion my fave is Better than Boulion
  8. Optional – Mushrooms (sautéd)
  9. Optional ~ 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Recipe Notes

DIRECTIONS: Brown Ground Beef in a nonstick pan. I ALWAYS use non stick for easy clean up! Rinse meat in strainer…I always do this to get any extra grease off. Add 1 can of soup or your choice. (2 if you are using more meat) and Milk. Stir and add Worcestershire Sauce and Beef Bullion. Simmer for about 5-10 min. Now is the time to saute’ your mushrooms in a little butter and cook until tender..about 3-5 min. Cook your Minute Rice or Noodles to serve over your Beef Stroganoff.
