Crunchy Oriental Tuna Salad with a delicious Zesty Homemade Dijon Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • ASIAN HONEY DIJON SALAD DRESSING
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp.. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard you can add a little more or less to taste
  • 1/8 Tsp. Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. SALAD INGREDIENTS:
  2. 1 Can of Ocean Natural Tuna
  3. 3 Cups Romaine Lettuce Torn into bite size pieces
  4. 1 Cup Red Cabbage
  5. 1 Cup Napa Cabbage
  6. 1/2 Cup Shredded/Julienne Carrots (I buy these in a package..saving a little time)
  7. 1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds (you can toast these or not AND you can have chopped or sliced Almonds)
  8. 1/3 Cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles (I use a little more because I like crunch!)

Recipe Notes

DIRECTIONS: Chop up the Cabbage’s and Lettuce If you are toasting your almonds..simply put them into a frying pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes..be sure to stir them Then just pile the Romaine Lettuce, Cabbage, Carrots, Chow Mein Noodles, Almonds and Ocean Naturals Tuna! Serve Dressing on the side! YUM!!
