Frozen or Fresh Chicken Tenderloins OR you can use Chicken Breast and cut into strips
1cupItalian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Low Sodium Garlic salt such as Johnny’s Great Caesar Garlic Spread and SeasoningI like this because it’s low sodium
Cooking Oil Spray..I’ll show you why…
Unthaw Chicken Tenderloins if using frozen..
Put Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs and Parmesan on a plate and coat each tenderloin with it
Spray a Baking Sheet with Cooking Oil and put Chicken Strips on it.
Lightly spray the Chicken with the cooking oil and lightly sprinkle Garlic Salt on. This creates a nice Crispy outside.
Bake at…425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
