Homemade Baked Chicken Strips

HOMEMADE BAKED CHICKEN STRIPS {freezer friendly meal}

This is simply the BEST and easy homemade baked chicken strips recipe and can be changed up in so many ways! Much more healthy than store bought. Cut the pieces of chicken breast smaller and they become the best chicken nuggets recipe!

  • Frozen or Fresh Chicken Tenderloins OR you can use Chicken Breast and cut into strips
  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Low Sodium Garlic salt such as Johnny’s Great Caesar Garlic Spread and Seasoning I like this because it’s low sodium
  • Cooking Oil Spray..I’ll show you why…


  1. Unthaw Chicken Tenderloins if using frozen..
  2. Put Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs and Parmesan on a plate and coat each tenderloin with it
  3. Spray a Baking Sheet with Cooking Oil and put Chicken Strips on it.
  4. Now…
  5. Lightly spray the Chicken with the cooking oil and lightly sprinkle Garlic Salt on. This creates a nice Crispy outside.
  6. Bake at…425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
