Chocolate Chip Blondies Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 oz. Chocolate Chips (you can really use any kind of chips you like)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, you need to combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Use a large bowl and beat the brown sugar and butter until fluffy.  
  3. Add egg whites and vanilla
  4. Gradually beat in the flour mixture and the water
  5. Stir your chocolate chips in and spread mixture into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan
  6. Bake until golden brown, which should be about 20 minutes depending on your oven.
  7. Let cool before cutting!
