Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While oven is heating, press hash brown potatoes into a greased 9 x 13 or bigger sheet pan.
The bigger the pan the thinner the crust will be.
Bake until golden brown on edges and top. (More golden more crispy) about 15 to 20 minutes
While potatoes are baking scramble your eggs. Set aside.
Put your bacon in the microwave (or of course you can cook on the stove top) and cook until crispy and crumble.
Top your cooked hash browns with the scrambled eggs
Now just pop into your warm oven until cheese melts…about 5 minutes!
This is a hit with our family as it includes tons of protein ~ eggs, bacon and cheese!! It is deliciously yum!
Cut up and eat!
