Easy Pancake Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • Cups •2 biscuit/baking mix
  • •2 eggs
  • cup •1 milk
  • tablespoon •1 syrup
  • tablespoon •1 Canola or Coconut oil
  • tsp •1 . Vanilla
  • cup •1 Granola without raisins
  • cup •1 chopped walnuts optional
  • •Cinnamon and Sugar optional
  • •I like to add blueberries…

Instructions

  1. Place biscuit mix in a bowl. Combine the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and syrup; mix well.
  2. Add Blueberries if using
  3. Spread on to a greased 14 in. pizza pan (you can use a regular pan also);
  4. Sprinkle with granola or Nuts or Cinnamon and Sugar..or leave plain.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges. Serve with additional syrup.
