Pie Crust Pop Tarts

Ingredients

  • •2 Pie Crusts
  • •Jam/Jelly of your liking
  • •Cinnamon and Sugar – Optional

Instructions

  1. Lay out one of the Pie Crusts and spread Jelly evenly spaced around the top
  2. Then carefully lay the next Pie Crust on top
  3. Use a cookie cutter or even a pizza cutter (make square then) to cut around each mound.
  4. Now transfer to a cookie sheet and poke a few little holes in the top for ventilation…very tiny holes or jam will bubble through.
  5. If you like you can sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. OR you could of course frost after cooking and let cool.
  6. Now pop into the oven for about 10 – 15 mins at 375 degrees. Watch carefully to make sure they don’t get too dark
