I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf Influence Central for Sprint. I received sample devices to facilitate this review. All opinions are honest and my own.
I’m not sure many of you know this about me…but I love Techie stuff! I’m caught somewhere between the old fashioned sweet times of the past and jazzed and excited about the future. I love technology and how easy it can make our lives.
I’ll try just about anything IF it will help me get something done better, easier, faster! On the other hand I love to make my own homemade bread and cook from scratch and have conversations on the phone rather than text…except when I’m in a hurry and don’t want to get caught in a long conversation.
I’ll bet many of you can relate. It’s that in between wonder of Little House on the Prairie meets the Jetsons! It’s a crazy life isn’t it!? That’s me!
A couple of weeks ago I was honored to be a part of a group of Bloggers that got to meet with Sprint’s Network Officer, Dr. John Saw. We met at a Sprint cell tower and got a first hand tour of the inner works of what makes those cell phones work! Dr. Saw explained the new upgraded system in our Seattle/Tacoma area in easy to understand Mom language..in other words..I could clearly understand what he was talking about!
As Dr. Saw talked about building the best Wireless Network in the country you could see that he was passionate and sincere in his role! I found it very interesting when we went inside of the area where all of the inner workings of many cell companies were housed, Sprint’s NEW service tower was a small box about the size of a small Armoire! Amazing! The other cell companies wire housings were HUGE compared to Sprints.
Sprint has spent the last couple years upgrading all of their systems to this new technology. That means leaps and bounds ahead of other competitors! What does that mean for you and I? More competitive pricing on phones AND service!
I was given the new HTC One M8 as compensation plus 3 months of Sprint service and yahoo, the camera is amazing AND my service has been pretty crystal clear! Love it! My other phone cuts in and out all the time..GRRRR.
This is a fun picture I took of our new kitten with the camera…He’s a little stinker! Cute..but a stinker! LOL I was goofing around with the filters so it’s not the best..but it was fun! This phone has some amazing camera features..so fun to play with. The video is fantastic too!
I also love the quick hook up to the internet. As a blogger and very busy Mom this is super important to me as I get really frustrated to do a simple thing on my phone if it’s taking waaaay to looong!
So what are the most important features you look for in a phone? Camera, internet, text functions?
