Before the summer comes to an end it’s a great idea to get back into the habit (or start a new one) of making a simple meal plan. If you draw a blank each week on some creative yet simple ideas or meal planning makes you cringe then I’ve got some great news for you!

By the way, you KNOW that I am a flexible meal planner, so just because these recipes have a “day” for making them…it’s ok to break out of the box and cook them on any ol day that is convenient for YOU and YOUR family. For real!
Here are a couple of hints for your weekly meal plan, no matter which day you cook on. Make extra Baked Breaded Chicken one night and then make the Chicken Wraps and the Chicken Salad later in the week.
Two super easy meals and only one cooking session. YES the chicken will stay fresh if used within the week ~ 3 to 4 days.
