- For healthy options, use Turkey Sausage. Then cook it all at once so that you will have it for the 2 Sausage Meals
- On whatever chicken recipe you do first, cook enough for the next recipe this week, refrigerate. (there are 2 chicken recipes)
- When you hop over to “take your pick” Friday, find a recipe with like ingredients as the other days. Less expensive.
