This is an all time fave at our house for Sunday mornings or School mornings… Whatever your early morning plans, you need to include this tasty and Easy Pancake Breakfast Pizza is quick and deeelish. Pop it in the oven while you finish getting ready for the day! Or.. have it for dinner!
This is a very easy no brainer Breakfast Pizza much like the other easy breakfast recipes I have!

Easy Pancake Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups biscuit/baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon syrup
- 1 tablespoon Canola or Coconut oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup Granola without raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Cinnamon and Sugar (optional)
- I like to add blueberries…cuz I have sooo many
and it makes it a more nutritious.
Directions:
Place biscuit mix in a bowl. Combine the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and syrup; mix well.
Add Blueberries if using
Spread on to a greased 14 in. pizza pan (you can use a regular pan also);
Sprinkle with granola or Nuts or Cinnamon and Sugar..or leave plain.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges. Serve with additional syrup.
